What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. They help a site work, remember your choices, and understand how it is used.
How I use them
Necessary cookies. These keep the site working, for example by remembering your cookie choice and keeping the site secure. They are always on.
Statistics. I use Burst Statistics in cookieless mode, so it does not set any cookies on your device. It records anonymous visit information only, such as which pages are viewed.
Third-party and marketing cookies. Some embedded content, such as the Instagram feed, may set cookies from the company that provides it. These are used only if you agree.
Your choices
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly without them. To change a choice you already made, clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will appear again.
